11AM MPD K9 Presentation

  • Police Officer, Shawn Burger and his K9 partner, Rocky share the functions and capabilities of police K9 units and how these four-legged friends can save lives.

12PM Noodles the Wonder Dog

  • A mixed-breed, former shelter dog who has won trick and talent contests across North America, including Good Morning America’s national “Dog vs. Dog” contest.

1PM Disc Dogs- Andrew Haun

  • Andrew Haun won his first disc dog championship in 2014. With 6 rescue dogs, he is a big advocate for rescue and adoption. He is a proud member of Team Hero (Hero Disc USA) and will treat audiences to an exciting Disc Dog demonstration.

 

2PM Popeye & Sailor

  • This amazing canine performer, under the guidance of his trainer Alex “Popeye” Rothacker, jumps rope, walks tight rope, and balances a ball while walking, to name a few of his fun tricks.

3:30PM Petfest Contests: Contests are open to all! Registration is at the Mid-Gate area from 10am-1pm. The grand prize for both contests includes a 6-month supply of Fromm Pet Food and a variety of prizes from Petfest sponsors.

  • COSTUME CONTEST- MC Molly Cruz from 99.1 The Mix, along with a panel of celebrity judges will help select the best costume!
  • PET/OWNER LOOK-A-LIKE-Come see the best doggie doppelgängers!

5PM Disc Dogs- Andrew Haun

  • An encore performance from Andrew Haun and his rescue dogs.
